How a Typical Session Works

Your first session starts with a diagnostic. Your tutor reviews your past exam papers, identifies the 3-5 error patterns dragging your marks down, and builds a plan around fixing them. No guesswork.

From session two onwards, each 90-minute block follows a structured flow:

• First 20 minutes: Review last week's essay feedback. You rewrite your weakest paragraph using the corrections. This forces you to actually apply what you learned — not just read comments and forget.
• Next 40 minutes: Targeted skill work. If your essays lose marks on paragraph structure, we drill paragraph structure. If your summary answers miss key points, we practise extraction techniques. Every minute is spent on your weakest area.
• Final 30 minutes: Timed writing practice. You write under exam conditions while your tutor observes. This builds the speed and confidence you need for the real SPM paper.

After each session, your tutor marks your essay within 24 hours. You receive line-by-line feedback — not just a grade, but specific comments on every paragraph: "This topic sentence is too vague. Change it to state your argument directly." or "Good use of a conditional clause here — this is exactly what examiners reward."

The Personalised Study Plan

Every 4 weeks, your tutor reassesses. If your essay marks have jumped but your summary technique still needs work, the plan shifts. Nothing stays static.

Parents receive a monthly progress report showing: current estimated grade, areas improved, areas still in progress, and the plan for the next 4 weeks. You see exactly where your money is going.

Most students attend once or twice per week, though students approaching their SPM exam often increase to three sessions weekly for maximum preparation.
