我批改的每一篇SPM英语作文都有同样的问题：学生只用”and”、“but”、“so”和”because”——几乎没有其他连接词。
这是个问题，因为SPM评分标准明确为多样且恰当的衔接手段给分。如果你的作文读起来像”I did this and then I did that but it was hard so I tried again”，你正在丢掉本可轻松获得的分数。
经过8年辅导2,000+学生的经验，我整理出了对SPM作文影响最大的连接词。以下是按功能分类的40+个选择，每个都附有示范例句。
补充类连接词（添加信息）
当你要补充另一个论点时，用这些替代”and”：

SPM技巧： 在议论文中使用”Furthermore”或”Moreover”来开始第二和第三个主体段落。它立即表明你有新的支持论点。

当要表达相反的观点时，用这些替代”but”：

SPM技巧： 永远不要只用”In conclusion”结束作文。在它后面加上最后的想法、建议或行动号召。
如何使用连接词而不显得生硬
学生最大的错误是在每个句子里都塞一个连接词。看看这样的效果：
“Furthermore, social media is addictive. Moreover, it wastes time. In addition, it causes eye strain. Besides, it reduces productivity.”
这读起来像机器人写的。相反，混合使用不同类型的连接词，让它们自然融入：
“Social media is undeniably addictive. Students often spend hours scrolling through feeds, which reduces their study time significantly. Moreover, the blue light from screens causes eye strain and disrupts sleep patterns. For these reasons, setting daily screen time limits is essential.”
原则： 每段使用2-3个不同的连接词，不是每句一个。
